Shipping
Local Pick-Up in Toronto
- Free curb side pick-up in Toronto. Please select this option at checkout.
- Your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 to 5 business days.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
- Our in-store pickup hours are 12pm-5pm EST Wednesday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
- If you are unable to pick-up during store hours please contact us at info@shopheartly.com and we would be happy to set up an appointment for you.
Shipping within Canada
- For orders under $200 CAD there will be a shipping charge that will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post with Tracking.
Shipping to U.S.A.
- Shipping costs for all U.S.A. orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that the buyer/customer is responsible for any and all customs, duty and tax rate charges that may occur when shipping the order to a location in the USA from Canada.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post with Tracking.
International Shipping
Order Status Information- We DO NOT offer international shipping. International shipping costs from Canada are very high & as a small business we cannot accommodate such fees at this time.
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopheartly.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Unfortunately HEARTLY is unable to accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at info@shopheartly.com and we will be happy to come up with a suitable solution.
- Once your order has been received by Canada Post it is out of our hands and HEARTLY is not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We do our best to pack everything as carefully as possible to limit damage that may occur.
